"When my wife and learned we were moving from Ramstein AB to Shaw AFB, we quickly set out to find a "Buyers agent" from a listing we found on the internet. We sent out 15 requests to agents throughout the Sumter area and received 11 back. We were more than a little leery of this task, not being able to meet the agents face to face and not sure what we were getting ourselves into.
As the replies started to trickle in, most were quickly weeded out as they were two or three lines long and asked us to sign a letter (more of a contract really) before they would help us.
Then we opened Jim's and found it to be very professional, informative, and he didn't ask us for a committment up front. It listed many of the developements in Sumter and listings from every agent that was on the market. Once we arrived in Sumter, things got bad for Jim, as we wanted to see just about everything there was to see.. Jim Was a trooper though and drove us all over Sumter County two or three times until we finally closed in our house.
As a true professional, he never tried to sell us a house. He simply made the appointments, showed the houses, and talked it over with us, letting us choose the home we wanted. If you are looking for honesty and professionalism in a REALTOR, Jim Graham is your man."
